Movie Night The General

The Community Players will be holding Movie Night #2 on Saturday, May 18, from 6 p.m. to 9 p.m. with the showing of Buster Keaton's "The General." It is a silent movie that Orson Welles called “the greatest comedy ever made, the greatest Civil War film ever made, and perhaps the greatest film ever made.” The social hour with games and prizes will run from 6 p.m. to 7 p.m. BYOB. Soft drinks and snacks will be available for purchase. There will also be a 50/50 raffle. Movie starts at 7 p.m. Reservations are encouraged but not required.
